Preparation and production times

Each piece is handcrafted, often made to measure or personalized (upcycling of second-hand clothes, choice of vintage fabrics, specific modifications…).

• Estimated preparation time: 10-25 working days after order confirmation and payment (longer possible for very complex creations or large custom orders).
• These lead times are given as a guide and may vary depending on workshop workload and the availability of sourced materials.

We mainly use:

• La Poste – Colissimo (with tracking)
• Mondial Relay (collection point, more economical)
• Chronopost (collection point, more economical)

Prices (Metropolitan France) : displayed in real time in the shopping cart according to weight, dimensions and chosen method. Examples (2026):

• Tracked letter / small parcel < 250 g → approx. €4–6
• Standard package 0.5–2 kg → €6–10
• Colissimo registered mail → +€2–3

For the EU: higher fees (calculated in the shopping cart).

You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the package is shipped. Check your spam folder regularly.

In case of a significant delay (more than 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date), please contact me. If delivery has not occurred within a reasonable additional timeframe, you may cancel the order (full refund, unless a specific delivery date has been agreed upon in writing).

Important exception – Custom/made-to-measure products In compliance with article Article L.221-28 3° of the Consumer Code, The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

The vast majority of my creations fall into this category:

• Upcycling with specific transformations (cuts, embroidery, additions, modifications to the cut, precise choice of fabrics/materials sourced from thrift stores, etc.)
• Items made or adapted to order (sizes, colours, patterns, personalized messages…)

→ No cancellation possible for these products, once production has begun (which usually happens very quickly after ordering), this exception is clearly stated on each relevant product page and before payment confirmation (mandatory checkbox).

Exceptional cases – Non-personalized items For the rare "ready-to-wear" items without any modification or personalization (explicitly indicated as such on the product page), you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal.

• Inform me by email within 14 days of receipt: subject "Return - order no. XXX".
• Return the product in its original packaging, undamaged, unworn, with all labels and free of odor (e.g., perfume, cigarette, animal).
• Return shipping costs are your responsibility (registered mail with tracking).
• Once the product has been received and verified (max. 10 working days), I will proceed with the refund of the product price (excluding outbound delivery costs) via the same payment method used.

If the product arrives damaged or has a defect (unrelated to its handcrafted/upcycled nature), contact me immediately (ideally within 48 hours) with photos. I will arrange the return and offer you either a replacement (if possible) or a full refund (product + initial shipping costs).

Products with defects inherent to upcycling Second-hand/vintage materials may show natural signs of wear, variations in color, minor weaving flaws… This is part of the unique and eco-friendly charm of the piece and is not considered a defect (except for proven serious hidden defects).

• You send me your own garment to transform (with photos + your ideas).
• You choose one of my neutral base items (jackets, t-shirts, sweatshirts that have already been upcycled but are blank) and I customize them according to your wishes (embroidery, patches, dyeing, etc.). I'll send you a free quote within 48 hours.
