The majority of items are personalized or made to the Customer\u2019s specifications (choice of fabrics, patterns, cuts, embroidery, specific modifications, etc.).<\/p><p class=\"break-words last:mb-0\" dir=\"auto\">Photographs and descriptions on the Site are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee perfect similarity (natural variations in thrifted materials, unique handcrafted effects).<\/p><p class=\"break-words last:mb-0\" dir=\"auto\"><strong class=\"font-semibold\">Article 4 \u2013 Order<\/strong> The ordering process is as follows: product selection \u2192 optional personalization \u2192 cart \u2192 identification \/ account creation \u2192 delivery choice \u2192 payment \u2192 validation.<\/p><p class=\"break-words last:mb-0\" dir=\"auto\">The order becomes firm and final only after payment validation and sending of an order confirmation email by the Seller.<\/p><p class=\"break-words last:mb-0\" dir=\"auto\">The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order for legitimate reasons (e.g., unavailability of materials, ongoing dispute with the Customer).<\/p><p class=\"break-words last:mb-0\" dir=\"auto\"><strong class=\"font-semibold\">Article 5 \u2013 Prices<\/strong> Prices are indicated in euros (\u20ac) inclusive of all taxes (VAT not applicable \u2013 Article 293 B of the French Tax Code \u2013 micro-entrepreneur \/ artisan in VAT exemption).<\/p><p class=\"break-words last:mb-0\" dir=\"auto\">Prices do not include shipping costs, which are displayed before order validation.<\/p><p class=\"break-words last:mb-0\" dir=\"auto\">The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.<\/p><p class=\"break-words last:mb-0\" dir=\"auto\"><strong class=\"font-semibold\">Article 6 \u2013 Payment<\/strong> Payment is due immediately. Accepted payment methods are: Stripe (credit\/debit card) and PayPal.<\/p><p class=\"break-words last:mb-0\" dir=\"auto\">The order is validated only after actual receipt of payment.<\/p><p class=\"break-words last:mb-0\" dir=\"auto\"><strong class=\"font-semibold\">Article 7 \u2013 Manufacturing and Delivery Times<\/strong> The times indicated on the Site are indicative (preparation + artisanal making + shipping). Average observed time: 10 to 25 working days depending on personalization (longer delays possible for very specific creations).<\/p><p class=\"break-words last:mb-0\" dir=\"auto\">Delivery is carried out via La Poste \/ Colissimo \/ Mondial Relay \/ Chronopost to the address provided by the Customer.<\/p><p class=\"break-words last:mb-0\" dir=\"auto\">Shipping costs: calculated in the cart according to weight \/ destination.<\/p><p class=\"break-words last:mb-0\" dir=\"auto\">In case of significant delay (&gt; 30 days after the indicative date), the Customer may cancel the order (unless a specific deadline has been agreed upon).<\/p><p class=\"break-words last:mb-0\" dir=\"auto\"><strong class=\"font-semibold\">Article 8 \u2013 Right of Withdrawal \u2013 Important Exception<\/strong> In accordance with Article L.221-28 3\u00b0 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does <strong class=\"font-semibold\">not<\/strong> apply to contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer\u2019s specifications or clearly personalized.<\/p><p class=\"break-words last:mb-0\" dir=\"auto\">Given the nature of the products (handcrafted upcycled creations, often made or modified according to the Customer\u2019s precise requests: choice of fabrics, personalizations, specific transformations), the vast majority of orders are excluded from the right of withdrawal.<\/p><p class=\"break-words last:mb-0\" dir=\"auto\">The Customer is clearly and visibly informed of this exclusion before order validation (on the product page + before payment).<\/p><p class=\"break-words last:mb-0\" dir=\"auto\">In the case of a non-personalized product (\u201cready-to-wear\u201d item with no modifications), the Customer has a period of <strong class=\"font-semibold\">14 days<\/strong> from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal (return at their expense, product intact, tagged, unworn).<\/p><p class=\"break-words last:mb-0\" dir=\"auto\"><strong class=\"font-semibold\">Article 9 \u2013 Legal Guarantees<\/strong> All products benefit from the <strong class=\"font-semibold\">legal guarantee of conformity<\/strong> (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the <strong class=\"font-semibold\">guarantee against hidden defects<\/strong> (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).<\/p><p class=\"break-words last:mb-0\" dir=\"auto\">To invoke a guarantee, contact me quickly with photos and a description of the defect.<\/p><p class=\"break-words last:mb-0\" dir=\"auto\">No additional commercial guarantee unless otherwise stated on the product page.<\/p><p class=\"break-words last:mb-0\" dir=\"auto\"><strong class=\"font-semibold\">Article 10 \u2013 Liability<\/strong> The Seller is only liable for direct damages caused by proven fault. Liability is limited to the amount of the order.<\/p><p class=\"break-words last:mb-0\" dir=\"auto\">Thrifted\/upcycled materials may show natural signs of wear or variations \u2013 this is part of the artisanal charm and is not considered a defect.<\/p><p class=\"break-words last:mb-0\" dir=\"auto\"><strong class=\"font-semibold\">Article 11 \u2013 Intellectual Property<\/strong> Marija Stoja creations are protected by copyright. Any reproduction or commercial use without authorization is prohibited.<\/p><p class=\"break-words last:mb-0\" dir=\"auto\"><strong class=\"font-semibold\">Article 12 \u2013 Personal Data<\/strong> Collected data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
